I have been involved in all aspects of interior design and management. I have worked on various projects such as sales offices, restaurants, government facilities, building infrastructure, sustainable initiatives, entertainment venues, LEED documentation, vision sessions, and others. I enjoy contributing to the growth of an organization through mentoring, developing new strategies, and fostering a sense of involvement among the staff in the organization's future.

 Throughout my experience, I’ve aimed to understand the culture of the client. While the proposed scope of work may not always include a strategy component, I make an effort to comprehend the project's vision from the client's perspective. My role involves listening to the client, interpreting their vision through the design, and utilizing my experience and knowledge to turn that vision into a tangible reality.

 Having clear goals helps streamline the design process, as the team can effectively respond to design options and challenges.
